Investment Criteria

Our investment philosophy is focused on the fundamentals of a company and, most importantly, the people running them. We are looking for good companies run by good people who can benefit from our transaction in terms of growth and realizing personal financial liquidity.

In terms of size, our minimum investment requirements are companies generating at least $3.0 million of EBITDA, with a solid and proven management team who are committed to the business and its future. Additionally, we seek investments in companies whose industry is at least $300 million dollars in size and is growing. Bolder Capital and its Co-Investors invest in a broad spectrum of industries serving both the manufacturing and service sectors of the economy, with a geographical preference for North America. Bolder will fund acquisitions/buyouts, recapitalizations and selective growth equity opportunities.

These parameters provide Bolder Capital the ability to be responsive and flexible to each situation and to create a tailored structure for each investment.
